Another big win for insurers as St. John’s Insurance Company obtained a summary judgment on an AOB case today over in Martin County. In One Call Property Services, Inc. a/a/o Carl Schlanger v. St. John’s, Circuit Court Judge James McCann granted Summary Judgment because of unlicensed public adjusting and because insurance proceeds from homestead property cannot be transferred through an unsecured agreement.
