As a Civil Litigator based in Tampa, Florida, Chioma has conducted a full range of litigation services—from initial consultation and investigation to resolution by mediation or trial. Her practice areas include Complex Business Litigation, FLSA, Family Law, Contracts, Class Litigation, and Insurance Defense. She has handled cases across multiple counties, including Orange, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, and Lee.
Chioma has a passion for singing and mission work. She sang in a band in Punta Gorda for two years and has performed at several Navy football games, the Annapolis graduation ceremony, and the commissioning of the Aegis Destroyer, USS Ross (DDG-71). She also serves as the Registered Agent for Open Door Medical Development Mission in Cameroon, Africa, which includes a physician assistant school and clinic funded by her parents, Dr. John Hibbert, LtCol, USAF (Ret.), a retired surgeon, and Omelda Hibbert, a retired nurse.
