Layla K. McDonald joined the firm, focusing on subrogation rights on behalf of clients. She is a seasoned attorney having legal experience in a variety areas of law, including insurance defense, real property, probate, personal injury, ADA, and collections. She was also a former certified mediator and has handled all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including pre-trial matters, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, trial, post-trial issues, and appeal.

When not serving clients and being in the Tampa office, Ms. McDonald enjoys spending time with her dogs, family and friends, boating, traveling, journaling and painting.
