Prior to graduating from law school, Nestor worked as a legal intern at Groelle & Salmon, P.A., where he was first introduced to the field of insurance defense. Upon obtaining his bar license, he joined Groelle & Salmon, P.A. as an Associate Attorney, where he gained experience in coverage investigations on behalf of multiple insurance carriers and conducted numerous examinations under oath. As he developed valuable insight and knowledge of the insurance industry, his focus shifted to active litigation, defending clients through a variety of first-party legal disputes. He participated in all facets of litigation.
After a brief period working in the construction defect field, Nestor was promoted to Partner in 2016 and subsequently became the Supervising Partner of the Port St. Lucie office in 2020. In early 2025, he was promoted to Managing Partner of Salmon & Salmon’s East Coast offices, including West Palm Beach, Miami, and Port St. Lucie. He continues to actively assist clients in all aspects of coverage investigations, issues, disputes, and litigation.
When he is not working, Nestor enjoys traveling to various destinations with his wife, Amy, and taking in all that each location has to offer. He is also a proud father to his daughter, Madeline, who recently began competitive swimming. Nestor and Amy enjoy watching her grow and excel in the sport.
