Andrew Labbe is a shareholder in the law firm of Salmon, Salmon, Labbe & Dehne, P.A. Mr. Labbe specializes in First-Party Property Insurance Defense as well as General Liability and Third-Party Insurance Defense. He is licensed to practice in Florida, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and various federal courts.

Mr. Labbe is Board Certified in Appellate Law by the Florida Bar, having handled dozens of appeals from start to finish, and leads the firm’s appellate practice group. He also has extensive trial experience, having successfully handled trials both as first chair and acting as appellate counsel. His practice areas include first-party insurance disputes, third-party liability claims, coverage opinions, contract disputes, construction defect and subrogation.
